  1. Fantastic…love the extra cues thrown in…shins against the carriage, watch the pelvis, see what you can see, walk that hip forward….plus the shoutouts to other reformer exercises, SB rounded back (w straps), like a knee stretch – to name a few…and the down & dirty tree at the end! thank you
