  2. I took this class again using the ARcus bar instead of the regular Roll Down bar, and it worked really well. I had to flip the Arcus for Bridging and arms facing the springs, but other than that minor adjustment, it still flowed very nicely. Anyone with an Arcus could do ALL these exercises.

  3. Loved it! Lovely stretches at the beginning and end and I have a feeling I will feel my arms tomorrow with all of that arm work with the roll down bar!
