  1. You give awesome cues and have lovely flows, but I would really appreciate it if you start these tower flows with an introduction of what springs you are using.

    1. Thanks so much for the feedback. I will work on that! Are you requesting that I begin the classes with which springs will be used throughout the session? Is there a way for me to be helpful now?
