  1. Fun! I did this one yesterday and then used some of the principles with a student this morning. I particularly liked the graduated roll back. I had her face the tower and moved the barrel back incrementally as she rolled back w/ bar. As a beginner she enjoyed having a target to work towards and it definitely helped her define her lift, curve and upper back connection. I usually use a ball for that but the curve of the barrel was very useful. I think I will be popping that baby up on the mat more often. πŸ‘

  2. Great workout to get that heavy spine corrector working again. Feel so great after, during there is always some frustration and self talk, but the results are there when I am doneπŸ‘
