  1. This is brilliant! I would love to hear what got Walter to try Pilates, and what hooked him to the method. I have a difficult time getting men to connect with the work, and I’d like to know the “secret.”

  2. He’s so cute…what a great student! I really enjoy the workouts with real students/real bodies. It’s helpful to hear the cues and corrections that I might would have missed and see if you notice and make corrections for the things I do notice…which, of course you always do. It lets me know I’m on the right track 🙂
