  1. That DID feel great, Carrie! Even the challenging, back extension pieces, which are always a struggle for me. I will definitely use the single leg feet in strap work for some of my clients with scoliosis. We all have imbalances, and I think unilateral work as a reset within a consistent practice is always a good check-in.
