This helped, particularly the part about allowing clients to look at the floor, and not being so insistent on looking inward. I often feel like I’m not doing my job if I let that go, but their feeling of success is what’s most important in the beginning.
What did you change your springs to for tendon stretch?
Tendon Stretch would be 2 high/heavy springs for me!
