  2. Just watched again to incorporate some of your moves into my teaching day. Thank you! Wanted to share— my chiropractor told me to stand with hands on hips and single keg balance for 30 secs ea leg—6x/day to strengthen ankles. Really helps me thru some big mountain hiking ?
