  2. I have been doing Pilates for 12 years and teaching for almost 3 years. Pulling Straps I and II have been my nemesis as a student and a teacher. (But I keep working on them!) Your tutorial was so helpful — **especially** the add on at the end contextualizing how to teach and execute the exercise for a student who is stiff in the upper back versus someone who is very mobile.

    I can’t thank you enough for sharing your wisdom with the Pilates community. So grateful for this resource.

  3. Great tutorial, I find that clients really want to rush through this movement, and the setup is so key in success of the full exercise. Especially in a group format, and everyone wants to just jump up and start pulling. I have done this without straps for when I add the bigger extension at the end but hadn’t thought to do it before. I look forward to implementing this!
