  1. Loved the feel of this one start to finish, especially checking in on our roller connection when we were off of the roller.

  2. I’ve been particularly stiff and sticky in my low back this week, and this fixed it! Which proves you don’t have to do a “Low Back” class to reap low-back benefits. Move the whole body! Pay attention to alignment! Notice where you’re grabbing and holding tension, and work on transferring that effort to more productive muscles!

    And all under 40 minutes! Bonus.
