This is a great, quick mat workout. You get a whole body workout in a half hour. Loved the spine stretch/saw/open leg rocker combo! Thanks Carrie.
I really liked the combo movements using the classical exercises, blending them together to make something innovative, challenging and fun. The transitions are great too. Excellent class if you only have 30 minutes but still want to squeeze some movement into your day. Thanks Carrie!
