Would it be harmful to keep an imprinted spine when doing this? I have struggled with SI joint pain and I worry that my “neutral pelvis” position won’t engage my abs enough to hold form with this exercise. Your thoughts?
I don’t think that’s harmful at all!!! I think it’s very wise and intuitive! XOXOXO
